Bureau Kroner made the design for this remarkable villa measuring 30 by 30 metres, with internal patio and swimming pool.

The villa's rooms all benefit from natural lighting, and offer scenic views on the surrounding landscape (and city-scape). Large frameless glass walls create a transparancy inside the villa, connecting various spaces in unexpected ways. The client's wish to have a totally white, and abstractly monumental villa is realised in the overall structure, clad in white stone, with subtle and refined details.

The classical elemental principles of a patio villa are transformed into a clever contemporary design, combining spatial openness with ultimate privacy.

This project is equipped with innovative energy systems, and functions completely self-sufficiently in terms of energy-use.
